Chair & Founder

Sarah is the Founder and Chair of Dominion & Co, providing independent strategic advisory focused on Real Assets for cross-border capital deployment across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Middle East.

She has 10+ years of regional experience, with cross-border engagement in Greater China, Japan, Korea, and the Cayman Islands. Her industry experience spans real estate, construction, financial services, capital markets, insurance, automotive, technology, machinery manufacturing, and the public sector.

Her advisory work is backed by a rigorous corporate background in strategic operations. She has managed a $670M+ luxury real estate portfolio, directed multi-unit business development and brand strategy for a diversified holding company, and co-founded several non-VC-backed ventures. Having served in both C-suite and commissionaire roles, she has directed international teams alongside Forbes-recognized mentors and advisors from Goldman Sachs, the World Bank, and Deutsche Bank.

At Dominion & Co, Sarah focuses exclusively on providing strategic advisory to Family Offices, UHNWIs / HNWIs, PERE Funds, and state-linked entities. By combining her foundational background in audit assurance and corporate operations with firsthand boardroom experience, she provides objective transactional analysis and execution insight, operating strictly as an independent advisor.
